Here's the real story

My room was spacious and the bathroom was well-equipped, though I did encounter a bit of grime that raised concerns. The front desk staff exhibited varying levels of friendliness. A clean facility is a must, but my experience had its share of hiccups.

I booked an executive king room, it was updated and had good Internet, a safe box, and a writing table. The pool area was very clean and the location was comfortable and incredible, so close to several shopping areas, stores also the mall, and stores and restaurants...

The staff was helpful and friendly

My only problem was I am disabled and I needed a handicapped room. In my request I said I was disabled and they did not pick this up. No handicapped room was available which was a little tough for me.

Can't recommend highly enough for a weekend

Comfortable beds, clean room, great breakfast options, and a location perfect for quick access to local attractions such as shopping centers, with easy transportation links to the city's main transit center.

Found the pillows to be too soft and lacking support. The room was clean and the amenities were nice. The breakfast options were decent but could use more variety. I appreciated the friendly staff and the quiet atmosphere.

Quick check in & the service was good! Nicely furnished rooms with the extra sofa bed for our kids, attentive staff.

We had a separate bedroom. This accommodation was in the central location in a good, safe area.

Unexpected wake-up call

The receptionist, Maddie, was supportive . She even tracked down a second pack 'n play.

The morning wake-up knock at 9:45 from an employee was jarring. My kids were finally napping, and it was unprofessional to disturb us when check-out wasn't until noon.

Ample sized room and good parking lot.

Public areas worn and soiled. Breakfast room hot and humid.

It is fairly clean and reasonably large hotel, the staff are superfriendly and location close to everything you would need is good and fantastic. There are newly remodelled and great-sized rooms with fairly clean bathrooms.

We explored the beautiful Munsinger and Clemens Gardens and kayaked down the Mississippi River. The hotel was super clean with excellent amenities like free Wi-Fi and a cozy atmosphere. Perfect location for a weekend getaway!

The only downside was the breakfast options. There wasn't much for a healthy choice. It was mainly ultra-processed food.

When my husband and I stay someplace for two nights we let the front desk know housekeeping doesn't need done in our room. The front desk said they would let housekeeping know. Housekeeping attempted to enter our room even though we had placed the DO Not Disturb sign on the door. This disturbs us very much. When we put the Do Not Disturb sign out we expect our privacy. Communication between staff needs to be perfected.

I liked the pool and the free breakfast.

I tried to sleep on the sofa bed it was totally uncomfortable. I ended up folding it up and trying to sleep on the couch. It was a long night.
